Whether this is your first home or your last home we provide you with our years of experience to support throughout the buying process.
From the moment the reservation form is signed we aim to make the experience as enjoyable and informative as possible. We encourage our purchasers to ask questions before, during and after the purchase of your new home and we want you to feel confident and relaxed with your purchase.
Reservation meetings are held with our Sales Manager in our main office where you will also get the opportunity to meet our other members of staff. The Sales Manager will guide you through the Reservation process step-by-step.
The Reservation meeting will highlight the key points of purchasing your new home including the essential key dates, the reservation period, the price of the property and other important information.
Directly after the Reservation Meeting our Sales Manager will encourage you to personalise your New Home by selecting from a range of Kitchen Styles, Kitchen Unit colours, Worktop Samples and glazed tiling so that you can place your own unique stamp on your property. (Subject to build stage)
We will provide you with an estimated build completion date during the Reservation meeting and keep you informed of progress during the construction of your new home.
Your New Home will be built in accordance with the latest relevant Technical and Building Regulations and will be inspected during regular stages with the Local Council and Warranty provider (normally the NHBC). In addition, all stages of construction are overseen and inspected by our experienced site staff and our Building Manager who oversees all of our developments.
Completion certificates from our Electrical Contractor, Plumbing Contractor, Local Council and Warranty provider will all be issued to you in your Completion Pack on handover.
A member of our team will show you around your new home before you move in and demonstrate the appliances, fixtures and heating system in order to ensure that you are happy before completion takes place.
Rose Homes believe that we will build a home for you that will be enjoyable and trouble free, that is why all of our New Homes are provided with a 10 year NHBC (or similar) Buildmark Warranty.
On completion our purchasers are handed a maintenance list. We encourage our purchasers after the initial 9 months to complete this list and send it back to our After Sales Manager who is committed to resolving any issues that may arise.
