At Rose Homes, we understand that buying a home is one of the largest and biggest decisions that you will ever make.
To ensure our clients receive an impeccable level of Customer Service we start from the day you initially view the property/development and we continue long after you have completed the purchase.
Shortly before your property is ready a member of our team alongside our purchaser(s) will undertake a full inspection of the property, we demonstrate how to operate your appliances and your fixtures and fittings in order to ensure that you are totally happy before legal completion takes place.
After completion has occurred, our purchasers are assigned to our customer after-sales representative, meaning you will be dealing with the same person (if problems do arise) throughout the whole process.
Rest assured, our Customer Service continues for 2 years after you have moved in – this includes any concerns or advice that is needed, our dedicated customer service team will be on hand and ready to support you.
