Long story short, I moved into a Rose home due my separation with my then partner. Needless to say a very tough time for me. Now I mention this because actually this highlighted for me Rose’s strength and indeed Mark Busby’s , who supported me thought the entire purchase. Their / his approach was so refreshing and very much valued. Mark gave me time to sort things out, was flexible on my countless visits and tweaks to the home itself and at no stage did Rose become a point of stress at the very stressful time. So for me, house aside, yes I whole heartedly recommend and if I could I would buy from them again. The home itself, 3 years on, is now my home, heart and soul. My home is beautiful and everything I wished for. The quality and build is spot on and once again I would whole heartedly recommend them. I loved that I could add touches and that I was given time and support to discuss ideas. Buying a home is tricky and stressful at times but be assured that Rose will not add to that. From the very moment we were shown round the site to the day we walked through the door we couldn’t have been happier with our decision to purchase from Rose Homes. Unlike most new build developments Rose homes new every team member working on their site and in the offices, someone was always willing to help and always available (even in a global pandemic) The quality of the homes and interiors are second to none even their standard package was high quality and beautiful to look at and the sales and planning team were happy to work with us when we asked for something a little different or finalising our finishing touches. Move day was smooth and stress free and the house was 100 percent clean and ready for us to arrive and have appliances and systems demonstrated to us. What really stands out the most about Rose Homes and sets them apart from previous developers we have experienced, is there after care. You felt sully supported and understood and nothing was too much trouble to look into, there was always someone to answer your query and you were always treated with respect, patience and compassion. We weren’t just another plot number and even now, a year on from when we first moved in to our home, we can still speak to the team and get help should we need it. I purchased my very first 2 bed house from
Rose Homes on a local Whittlesey site. I made arrangements with them to discuss the properties and I had secured my plot within a week of registering first interest. Mark was in charge of my build and he was very helpful throughout, always keeping me posted and letting me visit to have a look around at certain stages which I felt was a nice touch. You get a huge choice of interiors and I was given free range on everything from my kitchen, through to bathrooms and they even supplied me carpets of choice along with turfing and a few extra requirements. On the day of handover Mark kept me posted throughout the day once the sale had gone through and I was greeted with a lovely Welcome pack with my keys handed over. The quality of these homes are second to none, appliances and items installed are high quality brands and just the overall finish was perfect. I’m a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to fit and finish mainly from my line of work, but I could not fault any of the work the Rose homes team had completed. When we expressed an interest In the property, we found Mark Busby the salesman to be prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had to go through the process of purchasing the property with the backdrop of COVID which proved particularly stressful, but Mark was on hand to offer a calm reassurance that it would all be ok and helped us to keep focused on our dream home. With all properties newly built there were snags. When highlighting these issues they were dealt with quickly and often, sometimes on the same day. I would recommend Rose Homes as a new home builder. Now the dust has settled, and we have been the proud owners of 1 Bance Court for a week, I wanted to drop you all a line to express our sincere gratitude to all of you for helping our purchase be as pain free and enjoyable as possible.
